Connecto.ai has delivered a chatbot for Coca Cola Bulgaria’s Summer Campaign which checks codes from the bottle caps of bottles and a chatbot for Coca Cola’s Autumn campaign which is activated by a QR code on the bottle labels and checks for activations of the company’s brands Coca Cola, Coca Cola Zero, Fanta and Sprite. Connecto implemented the response to the Viber Blast regarding the Shakira Activation for Coca Cola where participants onboarded in the Coca Cola channel with a chance to win tickets for a Shakira concert.

Connecto.ai is working with Coca-Cola Croatia on a Frequently Asked Questions Chatbot (FAQ) which has and administrative module from which one can access user management, knowledgebase management and answer user questions posted on Facebook Messenger and Viber.
The FAQ chatbot also has an operator module from which multiple operators can assign to themselves user questions posted on Facebook Messenger and Viber and answer them based on suggestions given by the chatbot.
